Product Description

The standard dimensions are 1200/1500/1800 × 850 × 2350 mm; custom sizes are also available, and the unit can be configured as a floor‑standing fume hood or an oversized ventilation chamber. It is constructed from 1.0 mm cold‑rolled steel sheet. All steel components undergo degreasing, water rinsing, and full‑surface galvanizing for corrosion resistance. The coating—applied by spray—is ≥75 μm thick, using the Jinfenwang brand finish, ensuring a smooth, uniform surface with consistent color, free of runs, wrinkles, blisters, or depressions. The internal baffle is made of 5 mm anti‑Bett board (with the option to upgrade to ceramic fiber board at an additional cost). The worktop is a 12.7 mm thick solid‑core phenolic resin panel (with the option to upgrade to ceramic or epoxy resin).

Viewing Window: The main frame is constructed from aluminum alloy profiles with a 40×15 mm cross-section and double reinforcing ribs, featuring an aluminum thickness of 1.5 mm (±0.1 mm). It is finished with an outdoor epoxy powder electrostatic coating in a dark gray shade, yielding a smooth, fine‑textured surface with excellent adhesion and strong resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosion. The handle is made from an inclined, droplet‑shaped aluminum profile measuring 50×19 mm; the wider end faces outward for comfortable gripping and facilitates upward and downward sliding of the window door, while the narrower end faces inward. This gradual transition from wide to narrow creates an arcuate profile that guides airflow into the fume hood, providing make‑up air. On each side, two sets of product‑specific pulleys are mounted via screws to the longitudinal beams. These pulleys feature an offset‑alignment design that ensures smooth, secure rolling while maintaining tight contact with the inner walls of the track groove, preventing jamming and minimizing frame wobble. Each pulley has a diameter of 26 mm, with a width matched to the dedicated groove. Through this pulley system, the vertical movement of the window frame relies on rolling friction, resulting in low friction, light operation, and minimal noise. The pulleys also provide central stabilization, effectively reducing lateral and longitudinal sway of the window frame. Compared with commercially available spring‑loaded rollers, which often exhibit excessive vibration and derailment, these pulleys deliver rock‑solid, smooth rolling without any perceptible wobble. The track grooves are formed by engineering‑plastic channels measuring 42×32 mm. These plastic grooves enable the pulleys to roll smoothly, reducing noise and enhancing the durability of both the pulleys and the tracks. A synchronous belt connector, crafted from corrosion‑resistant material suitable for laboratory use, is installed on the side of the longitudinal aluminum beams, further bolstering the frame’s stability and load‑bearing capacity. Concealed within the frame, it significantly mitigates environmental damage, extending service life and improving safety.

Includes a 5‑outlet power strip, a set of 30W LED lights, and a complete LCD control panel.
